The event of forgetting a word in a sentence or misspelling an obvious word. This occasionally happens in chat rooms when said person types too fast and accidentally skips a word in a sentence.

Person 1:
"Oh no, I to go home!"

Accidentally play the violin 

Going to the bathroom for an innocent reason (bathing, hygiene, grooming) but ending up masturbating furiously or partaking in other sexual acts often that are intense whilst in the bathroom. A verb describing hormonal boys but is not exclusive to the gender.

He went to go pee but you could hear him accidentally playing the violin.
Billy used to frequently accidentally play the violin but now he mostly does it in public.
"I'm going to the bathroom now." "OK but be careful to not to accidentally play the violin"

accidentally on purpose

This is a word that my sister & I & our friends all used in the 70' & 80's as kids growing up.

It meant that you did something on purpose, (possibly something you already suspected wasn't a great idea)

but a larger unexpected outcome that resulted was an accident.

I was skipping stones in the lake & I accidentally on purpose hit Christina in the head with a rock. (true story...why was I skipping stones in the direction of anyone's head!!)

In 7th grade I accidentally on purpose flooded the home ec classroom with suds because I decided to throw a bar of soap into the dishwasher to see what happened after the teacher specifically pointed out that we should only use dishwasher detergent. (true)

I accidentally on purpose got a huge burn blister on my thumb when I pressed it on the outside of the waffle iron at my godmother's house to see if the outside was also hot like the inside. (also true)

1. When you have every intention of meeting "that" guy for a drink...but don't want him to asume it.
"Ok, I may show up accidentally on purpose"

2. Deliberately, but feigning (not by) accident.
