Left Lane Vigilante

The asshole who is driving the speed limit in the left lane creating a long line of cars behind them because they think they are going fast enough.
I was behind a left lane vigilante today so I tailgated her and kept my high beams on.

Vigilante

An outlaw who punishes lawbreakers personally and illegally instead or relying on the inadequate law enforcers of society.
A vigilante could be either a robin hood-ish rescuer of the weak and destitute, a suspect-zero-ish killer of other killers, or a borderline insane killer of "bad people" (se7en).
They say Batman is nothing more than a vigilante. I say, what's so bad about that? Gotham's never felt so safe.

Oh Shoot! Yo Theres Vigilante

The phrase said when the presence of Vigilante is known. The Vigilante is the man that stands up on the 4th floor of his apartment complex and surveys the region all night. It is guessed that he does it to relax and chill, but in the meantime, he keeps the neighborhood safe. Everyone walking on the streets below know who he is, but do not know his identity. He is usually leaning forward on the balcony and looking around.
Guy 1: Yo its mah boy!

Guy 2: Yo what up
Guy 1: *looks up* Oh Shoot! Theres Vigilante
Guy 1: Oh Shoot! Yo theres vigilante

Guy 3: Yo hes still there, he was there all night the other night.

Guy 1: The Vigilante

Positive vigilantism

The tendency to help others in danger without hesitation, especially when bystanders tend to hesitate. In situations where others are too embarrassed or confused to intervene, someone with this tendency doesn't think twice about stepping in. It is putting oneself in harms way in public places where others tend to fail to help.
When the old man fell from his wheelchair at the traffic light, Emily was the first to rush to help before we even knew what was happening. And this is not the first time I've seen her react so fast. This is positive vigilantism in action!
