A fancy-sounding yet affectionate name for a car that is even less functional than a hoopty. A car might be called this because "it rolls down one hill, and canardly get up the next".

Exact origin unknown, but it is a pun on Rolls Royce, a particular expensive make of motor vehicle, and "Canardly", I believe a make of small passenger aircraft.

Dude, your Yugo beats the hell outta my Rolls Canardly.

Neck Roller 

An offensive term to refer to physically handicaped people. It refers to when someone in a wheelchair is looking one way drooling and then in one swift motion rolls their head over to the opposite direction while making a retard noise

When someone clicks on an Evony ad because they saw breasts but come across a pathetic ripoff of Sid Meier's Civilization.

Background Information: Evony launched a controversial web-advertising campaign that depicted a buxom, scantily clad woman showing major cleavage next to some text encouraging you to play.

I thought I was gonna see some softcore porno, but it was just a stupid game. I got Evony Rolled.

Shin Roller 

Whilst playing association football/soccer; if a player is to kick a ball using his shin (usually accidentally), often the ball rolls down the shin on to the top of the foot, the player would then put power behind it to try kick the ball in a orthodox way. This can often result in the player scooping the ball high up in to the air with little power. This would be regarded as a Shin Roller.

James: Stimmy just shinned a cross and scooped it over the crossbar, it was an open goal, what an idiot!

Andrew: What a shin roller?

James: Aye, he shin-rolled it!

Andrew: Typical Stimmy.
