The Stake-Out Fake-Out is completed upon telling your boss that the client canceled the meeting themselves, thus freeing you up for maximum gym time.

Shakeout sleep 

Shakeout sleep is the term used to describe sleeping when having just drunk a milkshake. (Innuendo not intended) The act typically results in a bizarrely upset stomach the following morning. ( Again...innuendo not intended)

A term for people who don’t run every day and can’t admit slow running is okay as long as one cant still run a sub 5 minute mile

Hey Tim, I just read in Runner’s World that a shakeout run is better than a day off. Although I am ashamed to admit I read Runner’s World and wear compression socks. Next thing I know I’ll be on Strava!
