Imax Climax 

The quasi-orgasm that occurs at the exact moment when somebody realises they're being projected onto a big screen. As seen at large sporting events, music concerts, film premieres, etc.

The BBC's coverage of Wimbledon is now sadly marred by the phenomenon of the Imax Climax, in which we are obliged to endure streams of posh middle-aged women near-ejaculating at the sight of themselves on television.
