The first level in the gangster Mafia hierarchy, according to the movie Donnie Brasco. In that movie, Al Pacino explains that there are four levels of Mafia guy: Connected guy, Made Guy (aka Wiseguy), Skipper, and Boss. Connected Guy is a guy who is vouched for by a Made Guy. He is referred to as "a friend of mine" by said Made Guy, but is not yet part of the Mafia yet.

It's someone or some company that was convicted of creating and public spread an untrue and/or distorted story with the clear intention of harming and damage someone's reputation.
The term was first used to describe CNN after they being convicted in the case involving Nick Sandmann.
Also could be represented by CNF.

Beat Conductor 

The person in charge of delivering fierce beats (aka music) during late night assemblies of party people at clandestine events. These people are usually high on drugs and engaged in "cracktivities" while the Beat Conductor commands the beats to be "fierce."

The usual suspects were hanging out at Maverick's house for afterhours when DeeJay Ferosh's roll kicked in and he grabbed a handful of disco sticks and played Beat Conductor on the mixing board.
