Nimi Nightmare 

A 10-centimeter (3.9 inches) tall nurse with tapir ears that also owns a large pipe. She is a baku, a creature that is said to eat nightmares and look like a tapir. She has a tapir mascot that is sometimes confused to be a small elephant passing gas.
