The act of composing lyrics or the melody to a song/songs while high.

The Beatles did quite a bit of gnarshing towards the end of their legacy as a band.

Guashington Heights 

Aka Washington Heights, aka Santo Domingo II. Area of Manhattan where about 95% of the dominican population lives. Basically, it's a dominican neighborhood. So, as our parents/those back en Santo Domingo say, Guashington Heights es where everyone has a brother/sister/parent/cousin at.
