Hy-Boa 

The term is derived from a mythical creature that is a cross between a laughing hyena and a boa constrictor. The term also refers to a sexually confused individual who is untrustworthy has an annoyingly loud laugh and enjoys creating drama within a large group of people or organization. The first recorded reference/sighting of this creature was in South Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Feather Boa

A wrap or shawl consisting of fake feathers glued to a long string. Often comes in bright and flamboyant colors such as bright orange or neon green. Worn mainly by cross-dressers and drag queens. Sometimes seen on drunk people in bars or at parties where such items are distributed as promotional giveaways.
