The act of going near the hottest person in a location.

For example, in a supermarket, it is the act of going to the hottest check out assistant. Or, when on a bus, sitting near as possible to the hottest person there.

Jones Effect

When your favorite restaurant is closed on certain days or at a certain time and your craving for it becomes stronger during those periods.

I usually feel the Jones Effect on Sunday because Paseo is closed and I cannot get my Midnight Pork sandwich.
