A bust/failure, the term is used when someone is trying to play up something, party, show, activity, etc. You use it when responding to the invitation because you know it will be a bust.

Q: Hey dude, you going to the partai that Guber invited you to, he said there will be so many girls, booze, and music?

When the snot in your nose solidifies to the inside of the nostril. When picked, it comes out thin, flat and usually dry resembling a sheet of paper. Hence the name.

A person assigned to assassinate someone.
He's the best at his job and works covert. Highly skilled and trained with weaponry and a killing machine.

Example:

Agent: We need to set up a boogeyman to take him out.
Other guy: Yeah only he can do it now

booger wall 

The wall that your bed is pushed up against. The booger wall is not the entire wall, but just the section of wall that begins even with your head and runs along the edge of your matress to about mid-thigh, or as far as you can reach toward the foot end of your bed. This length of wall extends from the top edge of your mattress down the wall approx 4 inches. Boogers are picked while lying in bed and wiped in this area.

My mom was cleaning my brother's bedroom and pushed the bed away from the wall to vacuum. She was disgusted to discover his booger wall.
