When your company has become so disgustingly toxic that no salary would suffice working there, where the company harbors people in the lead who have underdeveloped brains who resort to bullying and exploitation of skilled candidates for gaining
knowledge and achieving forms of success, where the only people that stay are either henchmen or useful dummies. Where the company has to live constantly in the internal world of the
bully who has severe personality disorders like destructive malignant narcissism, which could rival "the worst" people in
history. Where
diversity is non existent and where people live like prisoners in their own geographical and cultural
bubble and where the
Bully will only ever have one company on his own Resume. Where the code of conduct was written with intentional holes to allow "the worst". Where most of the management have delusions of grandeur and are constantly manipulated by the former into forming fallacious beliefs that benefit the
bully. Where other Recruiters are informed that they are doing something at "high level" with the goal of luring and exploiting the
next victims and bullying them out and making the company once again look like a sinking
ship. But wait, it gets worse! After the Victims have been thrown out they will try to manipulate the interviews and spread whatever bullshit because of Competition and their own Fragile Egos. Then expect lots of internal defamation-gossip to deal with their own insecurities.
