NNNP stands for' No Nipples No Problems', this acronym was made due to the show RWBY and the characters Pyrrha and Jaune as its something Pyrrha would say as Jaune has no nipples.

It all started because of the character Sun who wears a wide open shirt but he has no nipples while other characters have nipples in the show therefore it was concluded that suns lack of nipples was because he was blonde making everyone else say blondes do not have nipples which is where jaune having no nipples came from.

Jaune:Pyrrha..... i .....i don't have nipples
