This word is used for people who are addcited to Wattpad or just use it very often. It describes them as people who are dirty minded, horny, and reads lemons.
Person A: Yo I caught Jeff reading lemons on Wattpad.
Person B: I'm not surprised, he's a Wayne Pad.
