when ones hands (usually a woman) are being held by someone physically stronger ( usually a man) in order to stop an annoying behavior such as tickling or attacking with sticks / twigs / highlighters / pens etc.

tash was trying to give me a pen mustache but that stopped when I mancuffed her !
