gate vault

A gate vault is a Technique used in Parkour}. It is mainly used to get over high obstacles such as a tall fence which is too high to do any other vault over. A gate vault can have your legs flip over you or them just go to the side of you.

John came across a tall fence so he gate vaulted it.
