Verb: to be apkrianed. A form of metonymy. When one person meets with you and dominates your time far beyond what you have allotted for it. It usually is an inconvenience and throws off the day's schedule.
He just apkarianed me. I went to talk to him for 10 minutes, and I was in his office for 2 hours!
