"Jealous" has more than one use.
a) A reply to a statement bad about you, that is usually good, or able to be bragged about.
b) A way to brag about one's kids.
a) Steve: Yo you fucking just got the cutest girl in the school
James: ...Jealous?
b)Jaime got tickets to the Red Sox game, JEALOUS?
