This is the correct medical term for
FUPA, or
GUNT, or
FASS..or whatever you want to call it. They have a peniculis clamp to clamp it up out of the way during gynecological procedures. It is clamped to the breasts. Seriously.
"Hey, check out the peniculis on that chick!"
