Dirty Toe

The sexual act when a couple, laying the 69 position, stick their toes into the other's anus, covering the said appendage in the excrement of the other. Then, the partners flip positions and suck eachother's toes clean of the smelly brown (or occassionaly discolored green) substance. Prefered by the nasty and demented.
