It is often mistaken by "Kono Dio Da! (このディオだ!)" but it is different.
This phrase appears in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Part 3.
DIO yells this line as he is getting teared up in half by Jotaro's Star Platinum.
"Kono DIO Ga!" means "I'm DIO!" according to the caption.
