An acronym used by Aviation Ordnancemen in the US Military meaning: If you ain't ordnance, you ain't shit.
In other words, it's a way for servicemen who do little to nothing to give themselves an inflated sense of self-worth.
Ordnance shout, "IYAOYAS!" then the grunts shout back, "POGs!" and the ordnancemen can't say shit.
