1. The one and only band you need to be aware of.
2. An alcoholic drink. Typically made like this: fill a pint glass with ice. Add 1/2 oz of the following: vodka, gin, light rum and tequila. Fill almost to the top with either sour or sweet & sour mix. Shake or stir vigorously if no shaker is available. Add straw and drink. Bartenders will typically leave more space than usual when adding sour or sweet & sour mix and will top with equal parts of Chambord/razzmatazz and Blue Curacao to create a color effect for presentation. No matter which way you make it this drink NEVER gets any kind of garnish unless specifically requested by a customer.

The Green Monster is the famous/infamous wall in left field of Fenway Park, home of MLB team the Boston Red Sox (why they still can't spell SOCKS right after almost 100 year now is beyond me).
The Green Monster is appropriately named at 37 feet or 11 meters high with its coat of green paint. The wall can be a make-or-break for entire games and even seasons due to the funny way balls bounce off of it and how left fielders play the bounce. Sox left fielders from Carl Yastrzemski to present-day player Manny Ramirez have learned how to play balls off the Monster and have therefore converted some amazing plays.

The view from the seats on top of the Green Monster was amazing but the best part of all was all the balls that were hit up there during batting practice, by the end of it there's about a ball per person up there.

The Grey Screen of Death is another term for the "Disk Read Error" message on PS2}'s. This screen more or less means you have to return it to the store and get a new one or you can disassemble it yourself and do something to it but I've never seen it done personally, I had this on my first PS2 but I returned it and they threw it in this big pile they had of PS2's affected by the Grey Screen of Death.
Not the Grey Screen of Death! Great! First my XBox 360 gets the Red Ring of Death, then my Windows 95 computer gets the Blue Screen of Death, and THEN my iPod gets the White Screen of Death and now THIS!!

A "hang around" is the first of various levels of membership in the Hells Angels biker gang.
A hang around is described as friendly to the organization but is not an actual member yet. They typically go to parties, buy the t-shirts and try to make contacts within the organization to help boost their membership level. Hang arounds also ride with the group whenever there is a ride but otherwise they don't get involved in the organization; they never hold offices within the group and they typically do not participate in extreme group activities such as retaliation or gun trafficking.

#1: Another name for jawbreakers.
#2: A candy made by Nestle under their Willy Wonka Candy Company. Made in regular and chewy kinds these candies are more like Dentist Enemy #1 but they're considered by dentists to be Public Enemy #1 because they're more or less made out of pure sugar. They're like crack in edible flavored form and their effects are just about the same.

Flotsam is a term used by year-round residents of Cape Cod MA to describe people who come up to the Cape only for the summer. It is said that on the Cape that "For every piece of real flotsam here we have 100 summer flotsams to equal that." It's a typical Natives vs. Anything-but-Natives arguement.

The head of a mafia crime family, usually Italian, ex. Don Corleone from "The Godfather".
The Don of a mafia is the boss of the family and also of the family business. He can declare war on another mafia family and he can also call and make a truce or surrender regarding such family wars. He can also arrange marriages of duaghters from the family even if the daughter is not his own. If you are late to a family meeting with the Don you better be wearing a bullet-proof vest.
