A Latino person who lives in the Caribbean. Latino people are often called "beaners" because they eat beans. A Carribeaner is just a "beaner" who lives in the Caribbean. This does not apply to Puerto Ricans, it is just for Latinos who move to a Caribbean island where Latino people don't already live.
