A word used to describe anything that when in use attracts an inordinate amount of females or pussy; As a dog whistle would do canines or bitches.

Drummer- "Boy, that saxophone of yours is a regular pussy whistle."
Saxophonist- "Yeah, they don't call it the SEXophone for nothing. Ow!"
