A state of mind: To be in an utter state of confusion at all times.
A widening of the eyes must accompany your state of confusion.
In conversation with another individual: If one is confused or 'keza'd' about a particular situation that one is being informed about. One must also pass judgment on the individual in order for it be a full 'keza' experience
In social terms: To feel you are a 'pimp' or 'player' but to truly settle for less.
To be a Keza is to never fully comprehend what one is being told. As well as to be judgmental at all times.
