No Gut November is a challenge that is not to be confused with "No Nut November". In this challenge, participants must go the full month of November without eating anything, hence the word "gut", referring to the stomach. Any solids are forbidden to be consumed. Liquid is allowed, although it is strongly encouraged to not drink anything to improve the challenge experience.
