Kioto Rin is basically how you pronounce "Kaitlin" in japanese. It means that the girl is feisty, hot-headed, normally freckled like crazy around those big uniquely beautiful eyes. She also has the potential personality to stay up all night watching anime, or to love writing.

Generally used to describe a miniature human being, besides "little midget", but has many other uses; what someone might use to call their friends when they want to be a jackass and annoy the shit out of them.
