A wannabe tradesman who has no particular skill, so he just assembles giant erector sets in little shafts. He can't actually build anything so his work has to be pre-fabricated and sent out in a kit, not unlike IKEA furniture. These fake tradesmen are typically very insecure and sensitive about their lack of skills, so they chirp on social media and in the safety of their shafts where nobody can hear or see them, because they know the skilled tradesmen on the job are all laughing at them.
We can't get any work done in the lobby because the elevator constructors left all these boxes of pre-assembled parts in here, and they're all hiding in the shaft.
