A very respectful way of addressing one's older brother (in Japanese). Same as "o-nii-sama" or "aniki". Similar in meaning, but showing even more respect than "nii-san" or "nii-chan".
A younder sibling to his/her older brother: "I'll do as you say, nii-sama."
