One of the students at the at Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College. He's currently part of a squad of 3 which includes him, Megumi Fushiguro, and Kugisaki Nobara. Yuji was taught a lot of the basics by Gojo Satoru. Gojo also had him train with a grade 1 sorcerer known as Nanami Kento, although they almost got killed by a cursed spirit by the name of Mahito. Yuji is a precious student to Gojo as Gojo wants Yuji to become strong enough to beat special grade curses as strong as Jogo. He is also vessel for the king of curses, Ryomen Sukuna.
