NOISY modified
exhaust, driven by a young (juvenile) (typically
asian) turd who thinks he's a race (pronounced "wace" by toddlers) cah dwiver (
driver). Often has all kinds of stupid decals,
spoilers, loose air-dams and crappy trim. They should only drive these noisy menances of a pier.
