To purposefully, or perhaps absentmindedly (but unapologetically), bump into someone on the street and continue walking.

The term is derived from the famous music video for "Bittersweet Symphony" by the Verve. The video depicts Verve frontman Richard Ashcroft walking down a sidewalk, bumping into everyone he passes--the implication being that he is unmoved by the presence of the other pedestrians.
