bailing on plans made by a serial bailer before they have the opportunity to do the same to you
Often used by passive aggressive folk who are fed up with others bullshit.
Housemate: you totally bailed on our plans for tonight. Das cool I'm going to dye my hair
Me: Im Counterbailing. enjoy your hair treatment
Housemate: I didn't bail on you!!!!
Me: I'm sure you could have found a way
