When having unprotected sex in the missionary position with the man on top, the woman may wrap her legs around the man to stop him from pulling out. To make sure that the man can pull out he punches the women in the face until she either releases her legs, gets knocked unconscious or dies from the punches ensuring that the man walks away a freeman.
