The bunching up of fat that gathers at the top of one's shoes. It bears a striking resemblance to an ass crack or a woman's cleavage. Often caused by cankles.

In Spain, a pejorative term for an American tourist. The fusion of McDonald's and extranjero (Spanish for "foreigner") becomes McStranjero.
Juan: I can't even walk through Plaça Catalunya today.
