dirty old man
An older gentleman that, typically, will say, think, or do dirty and inappropriate things such as asking little boys like Isaiah Martinez do come over for ice cream, or fondling himself while Isaiah is getting his paper, and sometimes, tying Mr. Martinez up and locking him in his basement for future use.
Person 1: Hey, have you seen Isaiah lately?
Person 2: Nah, I think he's been helping out that dirty old man that he lives by.
