k-e-gals Is the exercise of making a male orgasm last longer. The exercise entails starting and stopping urine while urinating. This is done multiple times in order to enlarge the muscle which allows one to urinate. While having sex the male orgasm is prolonged due to the fact that he is better able to hold his sperm in for a longer amount of time, thus intensifying the sensation.
