ALLIRIE is a saying in the island of Kaua'I, Hawai'I that means relaxed and simple living on island time. Also the feeling of being spiritually involved in the teachings of Rastafarian culture....and of course smoking the pakalolo (GANJA) and being ALLIRIE in Kaua'i.
