Pernounced (L-E-E-V-A-S), it is one of the new words to describe a bad vibe. When ever someone is being a jackass, or possibly just making people pissed, feel free to call them a Livas. Many believe that the word came from the weed god himself, Bob Marley, which found out Livas stole nug and smoked it for himself.
