Vinyl usually refers to Analog Long Playing Records (LPs). While vinyl is not as mainstream today as it was back in the day, the format is still in use. Vinyl records are considered to be more "warmer" and pleasant sounding than CDs.

"Gloria" is the title of a very popular cover song. The song was originally written by Van Morrison and performed by the band "Them" in 1964. As years went on, many bands and artists did covers of the song. Each band or artist usually improvises on the lyrics in their own creative way.
One of the best versions of "Gloria" is by The Doors from their "Live in New York" album.
