A sex act in which one partner impairs themself to the point of unconsciousness or semi-consciousness through the use of drugs or alcohol, after agreeing to allow the second partner to perform a sexual act(s) on them while they are in such a state. The other partner then performs said acts upon them while they are in an impaired state.
