"coming out of the cupboard" is a figure of speech for popular or non popular people's disclosure of their secret obsession for Harry Potter.
The term comes from the well know phrase "coming out of the closet" which refers to a person revealing that they are gay/lesbian.
The "closet" part is replaced by "cupboard" because, as we know, Harry Potter lived in the "cupboard under the stairs" in the beginning of the book series.
I guess I'm finally coming out of the cupboard. I didn't really want people to know I was secretly obsessed with Harry Potter

*Quotable B.A.M.F. Moments*

"What? This?" Neville dismissed his injuries with a shake of his head. "This is nothing."
*
"Alecto, Amycus' sister, teaches Muggle Studies, which is compulsory for everyone. We've all got to listen to her explain how Muggles are like animals, stupid and dirty, and how they drove wizards into hiding by being vicious toward them, and how the natural order is being reestablished. I got this one," he indicated another slash to his face, "for asking how much Muggle blood she and her brother have got."
"Blimey, Neville," said Ron, "there's a time and a place for getting a smart mouth."
"You didn't hear her," said Neville.
*
"But they've used you as a knife sharpener," said Ron...Neville shrugged.
*
"Neville's the man!"
*
"We used to sneak out at night and put graffiti on the walls."
*
"Mandrakes!" Neville bellowed at Harry over his shoulder as he ran. "Going to lob them over the walls--they won't like this!"
*
"Have you seen my grandson?"
"He's fighting," said Harry.
"Naturally."
*
Someone had broken free of the crowd and charged at Voldemort.
*
"I'll join you when hell freezes over," said Neville.
*
With a single stroke Neville sliced off the great snake's head, which spun high into the air, gleaming in the light flooding from the entrance hall...
*
Some old-school BAMF: "I'm worth twelve of you, Malfoy."

Imaginary magical school on Mars. Draco Malfoy desperately wants a rocketship so he can attend this particular school. The headmaster is named Rumbleroar. He's a lion...who can talk. If you are a good student, Rumbleroar will let you ride on his back.

Made popular by Harry Potter the Musical.

The feeling that a chunk of your heart was just ripped out after having finished Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, knowing that you will never again feel the anticipation, the excitment, the pre-release hype that ever accompanies a Harry Potter book release.
After gloating that she was right about Snape all along, post-Potter depression kicked in and the girl locked herself in her room for a week straight continuously sobbing and shouting riddiculous incantations at the door trying to make it turn into a portal to Hogwarts.

Also known as PSD.

It is the sadness felt after reading or watching a really long series or story. The bitter feeling when you know the journey is over, but you don't want it to end.

It is the longing for the words on the pages to move for you like they did the first time you read them. When you didn't know what the next paragraph held and the world in which the characters found themselves was entirely without limit. Because any time you re-read the story, you know that they aren't free to roam anywhere like they were before. They are stuck in a cart on a track and all you can hope for is to notice something about the scene you didn't before, and to just try to relive those feelings you had the first time around.

But it will never be quite the same.

This can apply to any series; be it a book series, TV series, an anime, comic, or even movie. The effects can also be felt after completing a stand alone piece that is not necessarily part of a series, although this isn't as common as PSD derives from the attachment one has to the story's characters.

Effects include, but are not limited to:
• A state depression or sadness
• The inability to start another story
• The need to rewatch/reread
• Excessively projecting felt love towards the internet
• Creating fan fiction
> Man, I'm so sad.
- What's up?
> I just finished watching Avatar: The Last Airbender. I feel like I lost a group of imaginary friends. :(
- Yeah, sounds like you've got post-series depression. I felt the same after Harry Potter. It'll pass in a few days. . .

A school, like hogwarts, but way better. The headmaster is Rumbleroar, a lion...who can TALK! It is located on Mars, so you'll need a rocketship to get there.
