The opposite of Net Neutrality. Showing access preference or denial(faster connection speeds, blacklisting etc.) to any specific site for any reason by an internet service provider.

A comcaptive is a person who is stuck with Comcast and has no other option for internet service.

It's what the FCC is trying to do to all of us. Stop calling it Net Neutrality and start calling it Internet Fuckery. More people will care. We can still stop this!

A webertarian is someone who opposes all tyrannical regulation of the internet, either from corporations (AT&T and Verizon and the RIAA) or the federal government (particularly members of Congress that have the telecom industry in their pockets). A webertarian is the online equivalent of a libertarian, in that he or she opposes intrusive regulation.

And again, the Internet is not something you just dump something on. It's not a big truck. It's a series of tubes. And if you don't understand those tubes can be filled and if they are filled, when you put your message in, it gets in line and it's going to be delayed by anyone that puts into that tube enormous amounts of material, enormous amounts of material.
