A non-discretionary charge or fee placed on orders or purchases from certain companies, frequently ticket retailers and cinemas. The charge never relates to a specific cost incurred by the company and is purely an additional fee to boost profits. So called as the company in question knows the consumer has no option but to pay, so their charging it is the company saying, "Fuck You, Pay it."

man: noun. A generic term for any administration, institution, law enforcement agency, rule giving organization; any restrictive body that would limit or constrain in any way an individuals liberties.

A simple & effective torture device used by teachers & the administration to whip students into submission. Even after 7 hours at school slaving away in classes, memorizing information that will either be forgotten or absolutly no use in future life, this is handed out, making the impressionable young minds of the worlds' youth into conformed, robotic machines. Most teachers, adults, & government officals would have you believe that it is all nessesary for character-building and intelegence, but it is actually a cruel and unusual punishment.

TSA stands for "Transportation Security Administration" or "Thugs Standing Around"; they are federal employees tasked with going on power trips and harassing passengers. Whenever they fail and a terrorist attack is attempted (cf. the crotch bomber), they are given more powers to badger air passengers, steal items out of checked luggage, force grandmothers to take off their orthopedic shoes for bomb screening, or perform various other demeaning procedures in the name of security, while none of it actually makes us any safer.
