To make a note so you don't forget something. It was a saying back in the day before cell phones and computers. When people would use wood pencil on paper.
Person 1: Did you get the directions to your cousin's place up north?
Person 2: Yeah.
Person 1: Jot da woo down before you forget it.

Girl: Did you bring your list?
Boy: Yeah, I jot da woo down.

This is a CHICAGO slang word. It is used as a filler in conversation and is interchangeable with the saying "whatever, whatever".
" Jay and I were at his place eating, watching Netflix, woo wop da bam... and then his girlfriend showed up."

This is a CHICAGO slang term. It is used as a filler in sentences. It can be used interchangeably with "whatever" or "etc..".

A phrase used in the ghettos of Chicago, primarily the Gresham-Chatham neighborhoods. It is used to describe loud noises such as bangs, booms, crashes and gun shots.
Police responding to shots fired call.

Officer: "Did you see what happened?"

Subject: "Um yea, so what had happened was, dude just started woo woo wooing, and I seen him pull out a gun and woo wap da bam, Jo' was on the flo'."

WoodaWooda is more a feeling, it is a feeling of excitement that is amplified. It's the feeling your dog gets when you come home after a long day and they greet you at the door with their waggaly tail and happy faces.
Biscuit saw Joanne come home and he exclaimed to himself "WoodaWooda!" and began going spastic.
