1. the act of not giving a f*ck 2. an ambiguous multifaceted homonym that can be universally applied to reply to any & all messages when you lack a reply due to its confusion or blandness 3. a motion in replication of Kanye’s dance moves

Eg. Friend: Bro did you really just do that. You: Whoopity-Scoop 👲🏻 (not giving a f*ck).

E.g Friend: (any message containing strictly only emojis 👍🏼 or statements where you ask yourself: what am I supposed to do with this information? How tf do I reply to this? You: Whoopity-Scoop

Alternatively, it is also the crackhead version of "whoopty doo" to piss off your friends that use the original phrase.
