a race that is either very discriminated against or extremely rasicts towards many races. all the definition for either black people or white people are extremely ignorant and all need an immense amount of work and require some sitting down & teaching of children and actually grown people, who need to get a clue that not everything is a game & some things are to be taken seriously. racist: Them black people ruined my yard (even though it was the animals)
