Normally defined as an awkward move in the dorm hallways...or any hallways for that matter. Can also be used as an adjective to describe how a person walks. Very, very walkwardly.

When you walk try go past an individual while they are walking in the same direction as you and you both try to sidestep each other by going in the same direction thereby needing another sidestep often resulting in another in both going in the same direction once again.
