Etymology: a combination of the words "vuvuzela" (horn blown during the Soccer World Cup 2010 in South Africa as a sign of support or just for the mere pleasure of making a senseless noise to get attention) and "prostitute". Sarah Palin was being such a vuvustitute - her last speech was all noise and offered nothing of substance!
